The hotel has a peaceful setting at the far end of the estate, but getting to the lobby takes quite a bit of walking. I found the rooms nice, but my room service breakfast was unexpectedly already paid for. The staff was helpful, but there were moments when the service felt a bit hit or miss. Overall, it has its charm, but some improvements are needed, especially in dining options.

Rooms

The room was clean and comfortable, but I had to walk a long way back to the lobby.

The dining felt overpriced, and the breakfast selection was limited, especially if you're on early tours.
Facilities

The facilities are decent but could use more dining options and better layout for services.

The hotel has a spacious and comfortable vibe, and the service was exceptionally friendly, making for a pleasant stay. However, the rooms had some outdated furniture and issues with privacy due to the surrounding dead plants on the terrace. The dining options were quite good, especially the buffet, but it could be better if they extended breakfast hours for early risers. Overall, it's a decent stay if you're okay with a few quirks.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but the furniture and carpets felt antiquated. There were also gaps between the ceiling and walls, and the terrace had dead plants, which affected privacy.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is quite nice but it’s showing its age, and the housekeeping wasn’t quite up to par as it often came late in the day. The rooms are large and comfortable, but I did find some cleanliness issues upon arrival. On the plus side, the staff was very helpful and professional, making my stay more enjoyable.

The hotel is in a large resort complex with other hotels and shops, but it’s starting to show its age. The housekeeping schedule could be improved as well.
Dining
8.0
The dining options were quite good with a nice variety of international foods, but I felt that having the staff bring the meat dish to the table could be improved.
Facilities

While the facilities could use some updates, the pool area was nice but could be more adult-friendly with more deck chairs closer to the pool.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel, enjoying a spacious and comfortable room with a nice view from the balcony. The location is lovely, close to shops and restaurants, but I did notice some cleanliness issues in communal areas. While the service was helpful, it lacked warmth at times. The dining was pretty good, though on the pricier side. Overall, it's a great value for money, but a few small areas could use improvement.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were newly refurbished and quite amazing, but the location was a bit far from main facilities which was challenging in the heat. While the service was friendly and they helped my wife when she needed it, the dining options were overpriced and not great. Overall, it felt like it was not quite a 5-star experience.

While the dining options felt a bit pricey, the food was definitely top-notch. Just keep in mind that everything in the area can be on the expensive side.
